  • Beautiful  bridal  suite with decadent mid-century  modern furniture, floor length mirrors, make-up stations, clothing racks, dress hooks, bar cart and refrigerator
  • Groom suite with mid-century modern lounge  furniture, floor length mirrors, clothing racks, tv , refrigerator and bar
  • 12 hours rental time for your event date
  • 1 Security Guard
  • 2 Bartenders for up to 6 hours (drinks packages available at additional cost)
  • Exclusive use of the venue including all lounge furniture, coffee tables and lighting
  • Exclusive use of the bars and their facilities (18ft bar located inside and 8ft bar located outside)
  • Exclusive use of the outdoor area (market lighting for outside included)
  • 10 black cocktail tables + bar stools to match
  • 200 cafe style wooden chairs
